Anthem House Apartments in Baltimore for Bozzuto Inc. Luxury apartments and mixed use development supplied and installed by Bunting, including electronic entry locks.

McCormick Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD for Gilbane Building Company. Custom wood doors and specialty door hardware for a new corporate headquarters for this Maryland based company.

Ravens Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, MD for The Whiting-Turner Contacting Company. Extensive renovations and addition to the main facility including new doors, automatic operators, custom door hardware as well as ongoing maintenance projects for the Ravens.

Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, MD for The Whiting-Turner Contacting Company. This new life care community in the DC suburbs features specialty frames and special trim surrounding custom stile and rail doors and high end hardware.

Sagamore Pendry Hotel in downtown Baltimore for the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. This luxury hotel features special veneered stile and rail doors, custom frames that accommodate high end moldings and granite plinth blocks. Much of the hardware in the public spaces, including the Rec Pier Chophouse restaurant is custom manufactured.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel project in Cape Charles, VA included a large number of specially manufactured doors and frames in the vent buildings, supply and drainage shafts and even in the tunnel itself. Bunting had a crew on site to install this incredibly complicated project.

The Ivy Hotel in Baltimore for Azola Properties. The high end luxury hotel and it’s iconic Magdalena Restaurant was a completely custom project suppled and installed by Bunting. Beautiful hardware, custom finishes and installation in an historic building was very time-consuming but the end result was amazing.

UMBC’s campus
University of Maryland ILSB building is a state of the art science facility on UMBC’s campus.

Bunting supplied and installed new custom stile and rail doors and side lights. Also included were new hardware to match the existing design, a handicapped automatic operator and electromagnetic locks to work with the university’s existing security system.

The Mather in Tysons, VA is a luxury community with a 5 story base that supports 28 and 20 story towers. This Whiting-Turner project is nearing completion, adding a new level in customizable retirement homes. Top of the line Sargent hardware installed on custom architectural doors by Bunting’s Installation Division, plus automatic operators installed by Loktek.

The Pinnacle North Bethesda is Silverstone’s latest luxury retirement community in the Washington Market. Bunting is the chosen supplier of doors and hardware to John Moriarty & Associates.

Erickson’s newest retirement community in North Bethesda is under construction. Bunting is supplying elegant hardware and custom doors to this landmark Whiting-Turner project.

Greystar Real Estate Partners has broken ground on a 26-story residential high-rise near the Bethesda Metro station, with completion scheduled for early 2026. 7340 Wisconsin Avenue is being built by John Moriarty & Assoc. with doors and hardware from Bunting Door & Hardware.
